Our returns policy

Return due to non-conformity or defect

 

If the delivered product does not conform to the order or is defective, the Customer must contact the Seller as soon as possible to arrange a return or exchange. The return shipping costs will then be covered by the Seller .

 

Refund terms

 

The Customer will be reimbursed for the price of the returned product and the initial delivery costs, if applicable, within a reasonable time after receipt of the package by the Seller .

 

Legal guarantee

 

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
