Delivery zones

Products are delivered to the countries listed on the Site. Orders cannot be delivered outside these areas, except with prior agreement from the Seller.

Delivery times

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only (for example, 2 to 5 business days for mainland France). The Seller makes every effort to meet these deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (logistical disruptions, force majeure, etc.).

Delivery costs

Delivery charges vary depending on the order amount, delivery location, and chosen shipping method. The total amount is shown before final order confirmation.

Order received

The Customer must check the condition of the package and products upon receipt and raise any concerns with the carrier. Any anomaly detected (missing or damaged product) must be reported to the Seller as soon as possible.
